Most ppl i know start off w/500mg enth / cyp week of test for there first cycle.
My friend hasn't ever run a thing, not a prohormone, nothing. His diet is on point, training is working well for him. My question is - would he be better off at say 325mg week for say 16 weeks or 500mg for 100 weeks. I ask this because personally I find enth / cyp take at least 4 weeks for me personally - sometimes up to 6 weeks to kick in fully. Would a longer lower dose be better for solid gains for him ? Any help or suggestions / different ideas for first cycles etc appreciated.
