if EZ tester is kept in fridge will it have a longer shelf life?
and if i test with it straight out of the fridge will it give different results compared to it being at room temp?

yes and yes. always allow the kit to come to room temperature before testing.
keep in mind this applies to Marquis regents such as EZ Test, Dancesafe 1 and Chem Gen E1. Other reagents, such as Chem Gens E2 should not be refrigerated.
