Went to Chinese Laundry last weekend which was awesome - but looking for tips. Some decent drum and bass and a good crowd are all I'm after %)

The old Greenwood . I hated the fact that I would always end up at the Orchard (when it was a absolute shithole) at 6.00am if I was not drinking in Manly.

if you're in sydney for a while, keep an eye out on lowsociety dubstep. they put on nice, small and cheap dnb nights on occasion.

Orchard

Wasn't there an old orchard at Chatswood? That's going back along time tho. Anyone recall the old brass monkey at chatty? Or the kings head tavern in the city? I think it was upstairs, or up an elevator, not the one at hurstville. it's probably changed name a few times since.

They used to do some DNB rooms at some of the raves, but a few I recall way back when they never really got the crowds, the main rooms of thumping harder stuff usually got most the crowds. But I enjoyed some of it sometimes, it was nice to go and have a boogie away from the shoulder to shoulder packed main arenas.
