I am not a heavy smoker and am not very knowledgeable on weed unlike some people. I first smoked when I was 14, and was only a casual smoker when friends brought it around. Now a decade later I find myself buying it from time to time for my own enjoyment. I am however well experienced with other drugs, and I post a lot on the ecstasy forum here on BL, a little on the psychedelics, and some of the others.
Anyways, I don't seem to be a risk for addiction at all, though a puff can be tempting quite frequently
My questions are, how frequently is it okay to smoke? I am not an all day every day smoker, nor will I be an every day smoker. But let's say I smoke a few times a week, or weekends only. Does it really make a difference with weed, health wise or any other important factors, if I do it say 1-2 times a week versus 1-2 times a month?
I am asking because I went about 8 days straight, not all day every day, but 8 days straight with using it. Mostly just at night for a few hours before bed.
I find myself really needing a break. Not extreme agitation in comparison to say drinking alcohol 8 days in a row, but I know my body well and it does indeed want a break.
So just a question for those experienced smokers out there who have figured out the right way based on experience. How frequently can you use pot with really not having bad side effects or much of a negative effect on your life?
