Ah see this explains it Kauai is the meth island and I guarantee it was a tweaker looking for a quick buck. If you had been in oahu, on the big island, or Maui you'd have got better i.e. REAL weed that was probably home grown the all natural way or bomb hydro. Kaui not great for herbs.

I got "real" weed from 2 different guys, they were both sub-par compared to what i'm used to. plus it's overpriced by about 80%.
