sick, sick life
twist, turn and hide
curl in your ball just to let things fall
leave me alone tonight

fresh, young soul
excuses untouched, unknown
bask in the warmth of a new day
random thoughts pass through your brain

the worlds to fragile for a poets mind
and the minds to weak to handle whats inside
so turn everyday the same as the last
only some can recognize the beauty within the contrast.

numb

numb

by edward putnam

i should have died a long time ago
reflecting on things that ill never know
for too many days ive hid behind the sun
foreign minerals weather my body numb

bury my head deep in disease
these things just need to leave
hide in the shadows all the things we've tried
search and scower just like the day i died

lost in a whirlwind stream of consciousness
the insane rattle my brain till i cant feel the pain you've left me with
