Found weed plants on my dads property

Alright we'll I still live with my dad and mom (my collage isn't far away that's why) and only me and my mom smoke weed and I know she dosent grow and I'm not gonna ask her if there hers because we don't talk about weed.

Anyways there small like maybe 5 days old by the looks and I've never grown either, I only THINK there pot plants. If I basicly put my nose on it will it smell like weed?
Due to legal issues a lot of law in forcemeat and whatnot come to my house so I have to stomp on them sorry for the grower because other wise I would just like to sit and watch the life of a weed plant and to be honest I'd prosbly snag a gram or 2 .

I wouldn't stomp on some random plant unless you know for sure it's weed. Try asking your mom.
