Found this in a stash. ..what is it?

I found half of a round white pill in my wifes stash. Like I said its in half so all I can see is one side has the letter L. If its flipped over it has the number 3 in a smaller font than the letter L. (It looks like there are more numbers before 3) We take things i guess relatively often and she isnt on anything prescribed.
I have a pic but dont know how to attach it. Tell me how or message me and ill send it. Any help will be appreciated.
