Need Help Found out I have hep C

4 nights ago I was told I have Hep C. The cure is available in the country I'm in at a low enough price to afford.
I am currently using opiates.
I can't find much information on the internet regarding this so I've come here. Do I have to get clean off opiates in order to take hayroni? which is the brand name and the chemical is a combo of ledipasavir. I have my first appointment with a doctor on the 23rd so I have time but I can't find research anywhere on this particular subject.

I have NOT shared a needle with ANYONE in 46 months/nor had unprotected sex in that span.

I am not finding anything that says opiates annd Harvoni have drug interactions. I have found information saying that opiate substitutes such as suboxone are completely safe while getting treatment.

I got it 6 years ago. I only shared a needle with one person who had it and symptoms such as jaundice, extreme fatigue, and swelling of my feet randomly happened. I go in for my first appointment with a doctor to start the cure program with harvoni this Friday thank God.
 
Thank you guys. I took a sonogram over my liver yesterday and it was not that bad. They took a blood test and gave me tons of vitamin D/E/C supplement meds and ophrendrine citrate which is supposed to take away the extreme fatigue I've been feeling and then after 10 days I'll go back and they'll tell me which Genotype I have because you take a 8-24 week course of Harvoni or Mavoret depending on your liver damage which I assume it's not Genotype 3 because that's with people with crazy ass cirrohis/etc so it looks like 8-12 weeks but they have to determine which genotype first.
