Forgot my wellbutrin

I'm on my way to Santa Cruz with some friends to party hardy for Halloween, but I completely forgot to bring my wellbutrin. I've been on 150mg IR for two months. I'll be returning home on Sunday, but Im worried about wd. Is it worth it to call my doc and have him phone in a script, or will I be ok going 48hrs without it? Thanks!

This is why I liked Wellbutrin so much...

I was on the same dose daily for close to 6 months, and one day I ran out without even thinking about it and never noticed a thing (no w/d, no depression to speak of, nothing). Although I have read reports of people getting really anxious, jittery and nauseous for a few days after stopping, but those are usually from people taking 300mg a day or more.

Granted it may be different for you, but I wouldn't worry about it. If you do feel anything it won't be anywhere near as bad as if you had forgotten your Prozac or (god-forbid) Effexor.

I second that, I've stopped it at 300 daily with no ill effects at all. It's pretty much the only AD I will take , largely for that reason.

yeah, what they all said above. I was taking a good dose of wellbutrin every day for a year, more or less, and last month I stopped cold turkey. no w/d symptoms to speak of

have you considered switching to SR?
