Woke up early, made breakfast of toast, omelette, topped with cheese. Fresh tomatoes, beans - coffee. Ate that and went out to 'try' to see a family of Harriers (Hawks) saw them (photos are terrible) - home - valium, Amstel :D .

Happy Friday guys.

I like a regular Friday thread.

Just ate about 200mg MXP and had a couple of 2mg diclazepam to stave off seizures. So hopefully I'll be in a weird but happy altered place for a while.

Was in so much pain last night so used an actual sick day instead of a work from home day today. I haven't done any work, there's a general sense of macabre around here. Pain isolates you sometimes makes me a nobody. Oh well.

I may go in to the office this weekend to do some stuff whilst it's peaceful and I can catch up.

Marmz love I read the post and felt pretty bad. Yeah I know the threads are often hostile, I know the threads are often taken off subjects but I (hand on heart) do not think we would deliberately ignore any poster.
