Forearms are KILLING me!

can barely type, sorry to be so blunt, but took 3 new speeds last night at an afterhour and the last 2 hours+my forearms are weak, can barely make a fist.
Anyone have an idea what's going on?
Took zma, drank gatorade with bcaa, creatine and glutamne, drank green's drink.
Gonna take half rivotril then go to sleep.

did you dance for long long long hours... probably. and while you were on speed you couldn't feel them because of its pain killing properties.
