For you guys who work out and take ADD medications !!

I was wondering if supplementing with L-arginine (vasodilator), and creatine would block or inhibit ADD medication effects or if it would have any adverse effects.

I'm taking 18mg Concerta.

Nope. If anything they would counteract some of the side effects of your meds.
