I can quite imagine if you didn't spot the custard initially you could possibly be fooled into thinking it was actually steak when it is - clearly - grilled, peppered rhubarb and custard.

Also, steak is not a vegetable whilst rhubarb is (I double checked). Summat to do with bearing seeds or not... possibly.

In other rhubarb news, saw a very, very red, topless, tubby, hot 'n' sweaty man wearing shorts and sandals (with socks) carrying half a dozen sticks of rhubarb wrapped in newspaper under his arm just t'other day. More or less the definition of summer really.
