For someone with no tolerance, how much temazepam could be dangerous?

I have mild tolerance to it. Most I've ever taken was 60mg. My question is, to someone with no tolerance, how many mg's could be dangerous? I know temazepam is more dangerous than other benzos, but I also know that benzos in general are pretty safe if taken by themselves. Couldn't find this answer by using google.

Thanks

dangerous in the sense of death? the Ld50 of most benzos is very high so taking it by itself would be hard to OD on.

in terms of amnesia and blackout, i think 60mg would be a good starting dose to avoid that.

I know that most benzos are safe by themselves and very hard to OD on. I'm just wondering if temazepam is much more dangerous. For example, would 90mg be ok to take?

Also, stupid question, but has anyone noticed temazepam causing constipation?

I guess everyone is different, but first couple times 10mgs had me sleeping for 10 hours & waking up slobbering.

90mgs would probably have me sleeping for 2 days straight.......IMO, that's a high dose.

Are you taking temazepam for sleep or anxiety?

Got prescribed 30mg for sleep about two months ago. I haven't refilled my prescription for 30 since then. I've never taken less then 30mg, and it didn't do all that much for me with no tolerance even if I stayed awake. I've taken 60mg a handful of times. First time it fucked me up but nothing serious, I was functioning fine and didn't fall asleep or anything. Other times I definitely noticed it, but I would put the level at I could drive if I needed to (not that I would). It's weird, sometimes when I take 30mg I definitely feel more than some times when I take 60mgs, but not everytime.

What I'm trying to find out is, is it safe to take 90mg. Obviously with nothing else and I'd just be at home either laying down or relaxing. I really wish I hadn't started out taking 30mg, as some people say 7.5mg or 10mg fucks them up pretty bad. Maybe less is more, untill you get to a point that a lot more is more? Idk. I also think I just have a naturally high tolerance to most depressants in general.
