Around 8 pm. But I don't have to worry about insomnia because I have ambien or seroquel to help me sleep if needed.

I usually dose when I wake up and take my last dose around 2pm-3pm but this depends on the day and when I wake up. I never take it after like say 4pm if I plan on eating right
