For Life?

I can see myself growing out of my DOC the thing that scares me is maybe i'll just never grow out of drugs in general. I have to be fucked up on SOMETHING whether it be marijuana, opiates, otc sleeping pills, cigarrettes, fucking coffee ANYTHING that changes my pov even aspirin. That makes my blood run cold more than thinking i'll be on opiates or any one drug for the rest of my life.

i plan on being the 1 in 3 people that get glaucoma at some point in their life. I also plan on telling an outrageously fabricated but clever lie to get an unlimited perscription of herb and oxycontin 80's. For life, yo.

Triple word up.

Opiates: They'll be with me until something I enjoy more comes along. I don't see any other drug replacing them, as opiates have replaced all other drugs.

I'll definitely always have a big space inside for opiates. I used them for a little over 8 years on a daily basis and have been opiate clean for a year or so now. My quality of life has improved drastically in my opinion, but I definitely still have trouble with it because the scene kind of surrounds me. When I made the choice to quit using opiates altogether, everyone I met who was an ex-user was telling me that I would have to write off all my friends who still used at all if I wanted to stay clean. I vowed to myself that no matter what happened I wouldn't do that, just because it seems like a weak ass bitch move in my specific situation. I'm around it every day and it doesn't fuck with my head as much as it used to, but I'm not going to say I don't ever really want to get faded. I wish I could get faded all the time, especially on bad days. I just have to constantly remind myself where I was when I quit using and then it becomes apparent to me that it's not even an option.

I guess to make it a lil clearer, i didnt particularly mean that you like your drug alot. Yea, we all do. i meant it kinda deeper than that. For example i know ima be a feen for life. no matter how long i dont use for, ima always get excited when i see it or think about it. thinkin about it will always make me wish , Ill always get that crazy feeling inside when i get it right in front of me or have a dream about it. As much as i control my use inside as i bust that pill up or w/ever it may be, ima always be on the edge of my seat waiting, so eager to get to it....That shit makes me believe its for life....Ill always have that love for that old friend....I guess that is more what i meant than the generalized type of "Do you think youll ever stop using this drug." And more like "even if you do stop, do you think you will ever stop loving it?"

yeah, the part I bolded is me to a *T*. I almost always get butterflies when I'm going to cop, and when I have copped and I'm on my way home to do it. LOL its like I'm a kid in a candy store with a $20. but I get what you're saying on this thread, and yea I'm definatly a lifer when it comes to loving my shit. I will definatly without a doubt love drugs for my whole life and if for some reason I stop, I hope someone shoots meh :p

I get chills when I think of never being able to nod again, so I'm guessing I'm going to be doing them for a while (opiates) Ive been using a little over a year and smoke reffer only occasionally now, won't ever fully stop that either.

Congrats! How did you do this? Are you on MMT? What did you mainly use and what was your MOA? Sorry for the 20 q but I'm curious

I dont foresee a time when I will not drink. I'm not an alcoholic anymore but I still drink 2 - 4 times a week because without alcohol I would have no social life. I dont get outrageously trashed as in drinking a fifth in a night anymore, now its more like a six pack and I'm cool to quit usually. I would have to agree with synto on the quality of life issue, but I definitely had way more fun as an outrageous fuck up.

Basically I won't quit because its not really having a negative impact on my life anymore, quite the opposite it has a positive social aspect that I lack without alcohol.

weed, meth and opiates will always be in the back of my mind throughout my while, some benzos to a degree too. being sedated is just too much fun

congrats on the strong will man! keep goin hard. :)

LSD is my drug of choice. I can't promise that I will be using it all my life, although I believe I will ALWAYS have a very special place for it in my heart. It has taught me things about myself and the universe that have really helped shape who I am, and I would not be the same person without it. I think that even when I am like 40 I will always remember what it has given me, and how amazing it is, even if i choose for whatever reason not to do it anymore.

i definitely feel like a lifer. i've been on SOMETHING it feels like almost every day for 5 years. habits like that dont seem to change. if i cant find drugs i just get drunk.
i cant imagine living any other way, it's a part of life for me- you go through your day working or whatever, you come home and get fucked up and then go to sleep. it's just normal, i look at it like you DESERVE to get fucked up for living through another shitty day.
(been unemployed recently- injury related- so ATM its more like get fucked up after you've waited 2 hours after waking, cuz thats long enough to justify)

i don't plan on stopping doing drugs or especially smoking weed. stoner 4 life, been that way for a long time now. in fact i got a band, gonna be a rockstar as that's just about the only job that gives me the money and the freedom to have the lifestyle i want, one of excess.

ive been trying to quit all drugs, ive realized they keep me from accomplishing things that i want to do in my life (im a music student, practicing is my main task at hand) but its HARD! so far ive dropped the E, trippin, i barely smoke weed, even quitting cigs (chantrix), but i cant stop dippin into the opiates. thats the one that really has me...

no junk, no funk
