I love smoking blunts, I smoke blunts almost daily, but the prices here in Canada are fucking outrageous! I guess for some reason the government thought it would be a good idea to make blunt wraps ILLEGAL, unless they're sold with EXACTLY 2.5 grams of tobacco in them (thus considering it a 'cigar'). Blunt wraps used to be NO PRICES a pack (which is still expensive compared to some prices I've heard of! In the United States my friend can get them for NO PRICES a pack!). Now I'm looking at about NO PRICES for a pack of blunt wraps. I can't believe that honestly.

But anyways, does anyone here love blunts as much as I do? Why/why not? What do you think about the laws on Blunt Wraps in Canada?

thats hilarious that canada would bother to do that. Maybe because its smoked tobacco and theyre opposed to people smoking tobacco? I do enjoy a blunt from time to time, mostly because thats the only time Ive walked major streets and gotten high as fuck in public and not give a fuck. Hashish+tobacco inside a black and mild, highly enjoyable IMO. Its like a secret joint. PLUS its more durable, so no problems with passing it or getting it wet (gross). They seem to burn more evenly too, no ember running down one half of the joint, you can just smoke it instead of suck the smoke off the tip under your hand (also an effective method of handling joint mahem)
 
Blunt wraps are supposed to be illegal in my state (Mass) but, there are still plenty of places that still sell em. As long as you keep the price talk to blunt wraps then I think we can let that slide in here. We do allow gas and cig prices. I hate blunt wraps myself because I think they taste like a compressed roll of chemical bullshit but, that's just me. Zig zags ftw

I miss Zig Zag's. All we have now are Dutch Master's and Game's.
 
I have never smoked a blunt prolly never will. Nowadays I very rarely smoke anyway but it just seems that a blunt wrap would take away from the taste of your weed, unless it was some crappy dirt weed.
 
I haven't smoked a blunt in a while. I haven't smoke at all since the spring (looking for a new job, and it will likely drug test) but when I did, it was joints, bowls, and bongs.

Everybody smokes blunts where I live, but in school most broke college students would stick to bowls and bongs. In the beginning of the semester when I had money I would roll blunts, but towards the end when money was running low I just stuck to bowls mostly.

cigar prices have gone threw the roof here..i remember when a box of swishers was 2.50 now your lookin at least 4.00..im kindof picky when it comes to my blunts and prefer natural flavors but if i see buy1 box get one free on say strawberry swishers ill grab them..whats fuked up is even though they are BOGO the still will add an extra buck for the 2 of them..so your still saving money but its ot really BOGO

a trick i use is alot of times ill buy the stale blunts that my dude marks down for half off and rehydrate them with a moist paper towel and a zip lock bag over night...and by the morning it makes them fresher then the freshest, the key is to not use too much water and to open the bag once a day cause they can get too moist and you dont want moldy blunts
 
Yeah tobacco doesnt make an improvement on the taste of weed. My favorite is to just take two short zig zags, link them together, roll a FAT cone with it with a big ol' mouthpiece w/cardboard insert, fill it up with some nice stuff and go for a walkabout. I do like blunts. But joint paper takes the cake.
 
naw man if im rollin something chances are its gonna be a blunt cause..they burn slower, they dont stink like joints do, they dont run like joints do, if your smokin with someone who n---- lips everything it doesnt make the tip all nasty, a stem isnt gonna put a hole in a blunt as easy as a paper so you can be a little more lax, and they give you a little something to hold onto when you get to the roach so your not burning your fingers

dont get me wrong i will smoke joints but normally im by myself or with a few people and we just roll our own and i dont have the greatest weed..im not putting some kush into a joint, if someone else has their own and rolls it themselves then so be it, ill smoke but im not doing that to my own..

I actually don't like blunts much at all. If I wanted to smoke tobacco I'd just have a cigarette after I'm done smoking my bowl or joint. I like joints a lot, but not blunts. Plus my friends all smoke really good weed, and a blunt often times is too much for me.

too much for you? who says you got to hit the whole thing? if you get high the after the second rotation, then stop hittin it..that right there is the reason peopletry weed once and never do it again cause they freak out tryin to keep up with experianced smokers
 
^true, you dont have to keep hitting it, if my homie passes the blunt and I decline, he won't offer it again, I have to reach for it if I want it after that. LOL at people who try it once and never again, my first time was freaky as shit, but I kept trying it, within 2 days I loved the shit. I actually wish it still got me that high that easily, Id be a richer man today if it did. Used to take me 2 months to get through a quad, ha
 
Yeh you dump the guts out a swish but the actual wrap, isn't that tobacco too? Think that's what they mean when they say smoking tobacco. I don't mind smokin blunts with alot of heads. But if it's just me and one other, give me a pack of zig zags.

Who's smoking tobacco? anyone who smokes a blunt. even when you take the guts out, the shell/ wrap is made from tobacco. Usually it's just one big ass tobacco leaf.

Yes, too much for me. Nobody says I have to hit the whole thing. But unless I'm at a party smoking with a whole bunch of people, when there's only a couple of heads it ends up getting put out and sparked back up later. Who wants to smoke half burnt weed? tastes like shit.

I don't want to say what price they are because I don't want to get in trouble, but I'll say that they're about double what you're paying for swishers.

I don't know what kind of blunts you smoke because the ones that I do reek compared to joints.
