To make this clear, I'm not taking dexamp to play football. No need to tell me about benzo/amp addiction, I'm very aware.

The past three days I've been taking about 20mg of Adderall and 40mg of Vyvanase daily.
I never take stimulants without benzos so I've been taking benzos afterwards as well, about 2mg Xanax (alprazolam).

Anyway I had a midterm today so I took about 20mg of Adderall and 60mg of Vyvanase, so 80mg total just today.
All before 2:30pm, my last dose was around 2:10 or so.

I have an intramural football game today that I want to play @ 6:00pm. It's kinda important because we don't have enough people, we even played with one less man last time, but at the same time I know amphetamines strain my heart. I have terrible cardio right now so running is extra hard for me.

Now to the point.
My game is in an hour and I still feel the amps. Not high off it, feels like its starting wear off. If I take a xanax before the game (probably won't play as well but I'm not very god to begin with), will that help not strain my heart? Or do benzos have nothing to do with that? The logic behind that was the benzo, since it's a depressant, would counteract the physical strain on my heart caused by amphetamines.

Please LMK ASAP! games in an hour.

Thanks BL

edit: I also have suboxone if that might help in any way....

Amphetamines increase physical indurance, performance, and concentration on excercise due to increases in adrenaline. They also increase resistance to pain causing the user to push their pain threshold to an unhealthy level without notice.

Benzodiazepines dock the release of adrenaline which negates the effects of amphetamines. However, use too large a dose and the exact opposite will happen, a decrease in performance, concentration, and indurance.

I took 1mg of xanax just now. hopefully that'll do the trick.
And the fact that football is very cardio oriented should be taken into consideration because I know adderall gives benefits in certain sports

I guess I'll just sub in later in the game, tell my teammates I'm not feeling good. Hopefully we have enough players this time lol

1 mg of alprazolam is quite a high dose for excercise, you may find yourself wobbling, not standing straight, and having difficulty in maintaining required performance levels. Ofcourse this is all tolerance dependent.

My bet is though, you'll have some fun. Good luck.
