Fool dives into full blown fentanyl use !!!

Hello there

Well,
Having just about run out of my personal `stash`,
I thought **** **, and decided to trade the last of my diazepam for several 100mg fentanyl patches,
I went on about a week bender of using 50mg a day in a boiling hot cup of coffee twice a day,
This past few days, I`ve not been able to sleep,eat and a feeling that I have burnt my insides
(for several days - finally out of all meds - just felt terrible)
Anyway, I got started on my aripriprizole injections today and the mental health team cheered me up a bit and so I decided I couldn`t stand another day like the past few, so went to my friends, got another 50mg patch (just did 25 today and got 40 vallies in as well)

Well,
Maybe I am giving advice here and not asking for it,
Fentanyl is very potent stuff and do not begin on 50mg a day in boiling hot coffee
Erm, is 25 alright ???

You mean 50 or 100 micrograms right, 100 mgs would have you in a hearse ride lol!

yeah,
I just dived straight in on 50 (just emptied bin with exact details on out)
Regretting it now really, because 25 a day I think is just fine....
(it would/should of lasted us twice as many days)

I think you answered your own question- if you could get by on 25 mcg, no reason to take 50. You were feeling so poorly from going on a week long binge. This would be a preview of things to come if you keep using fentanyl or any opioid daily.
