Foods to help you sleep (stop long thought trains)

meditation if done correctly is far more affective at stopping thought trains than food. i would not rely on food.
 
While I would not rely on food either, something carbohydraty with a glass of milk eated an hour before you plan to go to sleep should help you sleep easier. Also chamomile tea is very effective at helping to fall asleep faster.
