I told the police today, I used to use CM. Over the years that I used it I never had a singal adverse side effect until I moved house to a new place. Then enough weird stuff happened to make me kick the habit.
The below is all accurate as I saw it, and still do now all the books say normal processing should be regained. It's a perfect anxiety storm mixed in a cup and released. Anyone fancy writing it up in a book??
I'd really like to hear about your recovery experiences too.
Here’s a theory for you. I had the idea whilst following a treasure hunt in london after having experienced some really odd phenomena at home. Thought it could make a good book.
Around the borough of Lewisham; I’ve noticed a lot of very faint drawings, almost graffiti but not quite recognisable as such. They are more like very cleverly constructed paint splashes to give the form the recognisable contours and features the object the artist wants to convey. Around lewisham we have a few that I’ve recognised so far in multiple locations:
A skull with dots showing the line of site.
A Witch or Wizard usually with staff
A dog
There is also the form of a person depicted in various poses - laying down and looking up at something, standing looking in, or above looking down, with the dots portraying the direction of vision.
Next to the graphic, there is a sequence of letters and numbers usually scratched into the pavement. I’ve seen G3050S for example (30s and 50s are very common) with a start and sometimes and end letter.
Now look over to the building taking your lead from the paint avatar as to how he it looking around. See that similarly painted image of the skull lookting toward something or an arrow directing your attention?
Well….. Here’s where I have to explain my situation to give you the rest of the plot.
I’ve recently been diagnosed with an unusual visual condition. Since birth, I’ve had no vision in one of my eyes; the optic nerve didn’t form correctly and that part of my brain wasn’t exposed to any stimulus from the eye whilst it was specialising. I like to hope it’s chipping in and helping the neighbours
However, I’ve always had 20/20 in the other eye and following an incident with a laser light being shone in my eye and and a trip to the opticians we found that the optical discs in BOTH eyes are seriously under-developed and show low nerve density. The difference being that the optic nerve was fully connected in the good eye at birth but not the other.
This means no binocular depth perception, and a couple of visual artifacts. Needless to say I find investigating this interesting.
Now, last year there was an event where I live that provoked an intense anxiety reaction and caused my sense of privacy at the flat to be absolutely shattered. I caught a group of people pointing what looked to be some sort of device at the window (a camcorder or projector maybe…? ) with a high powered light. I caught a snippet of that on my mobile and you can see the object being rotated by its operator and other people leaning out occasionally to see.
There then followed an increase in the scraping, drilling and scratching noises in the service areas of the flat that can’t access and whilst stood one evening washing my hands in the bathroom sink, there was a flash at the bathroom window, followed by the sound of someone lowering themselves from the small roof out there and running offf.
That all sent me on a bit of a decorating bender - off came all the old wallpaper, ceiling tiles, out came the filler and all the small holes (and some not so small!) were filled. I found a large hole in one of the bedrooms near the heating pipes and following a loud familiar scraping sound, I saw light coming down from above.
Add to that some homophobic stalking, people in the area who are always talking about killing people, and other people who never seem to sleep and the use of phone apps that track other users location and you’ve got a perfect storm for a good book. It wasn’t great to live through though.
The final bit of info you need to complete the plot is this.
After the decorating, small holes appeared again around the skirting and coving near the inaccessible areas of my home and small, very dim red laser like dots appeared, sometimes just the one, sometimes a little swarm of them.
Something else appeared too… something high tech (at least that’s how it looks!) it’s a little device, looks like a no more than a skin flake until it’s activated. Then a fine optic fiber protrudes and if you’re sat just right looking at it, you can see a fine red dot. Can you imagine what this would do to the concept of personal privacy if these things could also slowly move and position? The whole concept of personal privacy would be out the window in a second. All you’d need is a small hole in an air vent… or to leave your outside clothes on the bedroom floor.
It’s interesting that people who have two eyes cannot see the red dot. It’s almost like the overlaying of visual images obfuscates the effect. A similar activity seems to happen with the faint points of light I mentioned - just enough for one eye to capture, but hidden once the light processed in the other is overlaid… and unless you happened to be focussed fully on that one point at the instant it passes… welll, you’d never see it.
Some of the camera lenses I have can though. I’ve a few films showing the swarm…. A few showing various projections, and a few showing them locking onto my eye location. Imagine now if there were also a technology available in a similar vein that could use the information gathered to project an image into the eyes and onto the surface you are looking at; the combination effect would be an image that is only visible to you, at your location, unless of course you are holding a decent camera lense next to your eye in line of sight to the object of projection. I experienced some horrific imagery projected like this… but to me it looked flat and animated and I could tell it was a projection. For you binocular lot - you would see a fully formed 3D ghost… or whatever the creative mind of those who had taken it upon themselves to torment you came up with.
Now let’s make it a full on conspiracy. What it there were a ring of people smuggler, drugs dealers, anti-gay extremists or such who wished to go about their operations covertly or cause maximum harm to the target group with no chance of there being evidence gathered that they had lifted a finger? What if they wanted to collect information to attempt blackmail?
