Greetings,

I'm making this thread regarding flushing drugs out of your system.

But please note first: I 100% now that when drug's are in your system it just takes time.

What I mean by the question?:
I mean that lets say you took a drug (mdma,PEA,etc...).. And you have started to have lets say effects you don't like, weather they are side effects or sometimes when you take drugs they just make you feel crap.

Now, what the question is: When something like that happens: I know it takes time BUT in the meanwhile your waiting for time to pass what's the best type of food, etc or anything to do to just decrease does negative effects a small bit.

Thank You,
And looking forward to your reply.

Well generally vitamin rich foods an plenty of water will help reduce side effects.
Exercise as well can lead to plenty of natural good feelings.
Some people blaze madstyle when they're feeling ill, but for me this never worked but you might be different, unless cannabis is one of the drugs you're concerned about removing from your system of course

Regulate your consumption; diet and exercise helps your natural endorphins going again (if you've somehow synthetically impacted this natural biological process for example with opiates).

What is the harm reduction value here? This seems like a thread that could easily turn into a how-to-beat-a-drug-test-type thing, which is strictly forbidden.

if you're talking about something like having a bad trip, for example....in my opinion, unless you are truly sick, which at that rate you should be hitting the ER...you should ride it out. I took a drug once and had a terrible, horrible trip and all I could do is ride it out. Anything I ate or drank was projectile vomited anyway. It teaches you a lesson and will surely remind you to never do it again.
After the drug has passed, as others above said - good foods, rest, fluids, and exercise will help your body fix itself faster.

ime, many SSRIs will absolutely negate the effects of MDMA, tho the ssri was in my system before I at the roll. I didnt know it at the time. Dunno if taking an SSRI would kill off/shorten a bad MDMA trip (is it even possible to have a bad MDMA trip??), but it may be worth a try. I dont know enough about PEA to recommend anything other than rest, maybe toss one or two off (orgasms have helped me thru many shitty drug experiences.)

Whatever you do, dont look at the clock. Play music, video games, read a book, do stuff that takes a lot of time and not much interaction on your part. I personally have on hand something that will calm me down or mellow me out, tho mixing drugs is not harm reduction so I cant recommend that route.

i dont think MDMA will cause a bad trip like common hallucinogens to (marijuana included), its more of a stimulant than anything, with hallucogenic properties. it should make you the happiest person on earth. i dont think u need a good mindset like u do with LSD for example. i taken MDMA because i was depressed before and it did wonders, until i fell crashing

Obviously is is. I'll shoot you an answer and give you the benefit of the doubt for the way you phrased it. Work out, eat healthy, drink fluids (with no caffeine), get good rest, and don't do any drugs. If you need further help PM me

I agree with this.

stay hydrated, and if you can, eat. If it were that easy obviously get some rest/sleep.

sometimes bad side effects/trips can be bad junk, or mild overdose, but sometimes it is your body is getting sick, sending you signals to chill the fuck out.

Not every drug is for everyone. Sometimes that euphoria you got first time is now elusive, and tolerance has built - along with it side effects.

Some people recommend taking a med that will make you sleep, i'm not a big fan of that for HR, but they good to have on hand should a migraine or unbearable(but not emergent) side effect present itself.

Some drugs have little tricks you can do to speed/slow excretion - aside from waiting, of course.

Generally for drugs that have a basic nitrogen atom like arylcyclohexylamines, amphetamines, phenethylamines, tryptamines, if you encourage the pt to drink fruit or cranberry juice to acidify the urine, you will increase the excretion rate by some factor. Don't unduly stress yourself though - no drinking 4 gallons of juice because you're freaking out; it'll make you sick at best. And make sure to have a balanced blend of salts, (don't drink gallons of distilled water) or you can get in serious trouble.

For drugs like the fat soluble cannabinoids, and benzos, you just have to ride it out though!

clean out needed

from all the drugs and drink I did ( a lot) in the past few days I now feel very foggy and crap, any idea how to get this out?

Just take a break from taking drugs. Eat healthy, and by that eat lots of colourful fruit and veg. Beet roots are great for liver detox, that is needed for an alcohol binge. Get into a decent sleep cycle, dont just sleep when you can. Our bodies do best when they have a routine to follow.

You guys give great advice, THANK YOU all very much. I will remember you all for the rest of my life, I again would like to Thank You all! +1 to you all, Thank You.

Question: EP158207, thanks for the beet root tip, any other tips that help make a big difference?, Thank You.

Antioxidants and vitamins are good for you. Get your 8 glasses of water in too

In my personal experience, I find Golden Seal (Echinacea (sp?)) to be great when feeling crappy in general. Also great for when you feel an illness, cold, etc coming on. It boosts immune health and helps it fight off the bad stuff.

As others mentioned vitamins and nutrients are great, essentially getting the body back to normal functions, as it stands your body enjoys all the unnatural endorphins brought on by drugs and drinking, so you just need to normalize it. 8 hours of sleep a night is great, lots of water, and antioxidants like fruits and veggies. A little exercise will also do wonders if you are up to it, very very good for natural endorphin release.
