Fluoxetine and Promethazine

Can Promethazine cause serotonin syndrome when taken with fluoxetine (prozac)?

Apparently both of these medications potentiate each other, whether it's to the point where serotonin syndrome is a real risk I'm not sure but even if it's not the combo puts you at risk for serious heart arrhythmias. I would personally avoid this combo at all costs.
