Ok so Iv done some well thorough ( I thought was) research on tha Googlerz & search engine on Bluelight but haven't been able to come up with accurate concrete facts or answers about my question :\

So I & im sure most of whoever else fucks with opiates, knows that Fluconazole (Diflucan) potentiates Methadone very good, up to levels 30-35% more (: So to my question; How much exactly or roughly, Fluconazole should I have to take to potentiate my Methadone dose (which will be 70 mg) , Im also a lil tolerant to that dose so any potentiation shouldn't throw me ovvverbooard (; Also should I take the Diflucan dose first before my methadone & how long do i wait ? Or do I take both of them simultaneously? (:
Thankss bros.

To be fair, it's a pretty specific question, and as there is unlikely to be medical literature on the subject people will only really know if they have tried it themselves or have indepth knowledge of fluconazole's pharmacodynamics (which I could look up if I wasn't so exhausted.. sorry...)

All I can say is make sure you've done your maths and allowed for the percent potentiation to be approximate only, and be very careful not to overdo it with the methadone.. you'll have to trial different times of taking the fluconazole I think.

I wouldn't take more than the standard dose of fluconazole. It's a medication in its own right and you don't want to OD on it... a quick google reveals fluconazole can mess with your heart rhythm (increase your Q-T interval if you know anything about ECG/EKGs) which can potentially be very dangerous... here is a list of side effects and potential risks
