I've been using this stuff a fair bit (maybe 3/4 times a week) over about 5/6 weeks. It's very strong.
I would take 0.5mg maybe an hour before bed, and then another 0.25mg before I go to bed.
I'm a 29 year old male, 179cms, 62kg, lean athletic build.
It might not just be this that's causing this, as I've also recently stopped taking Sertraline (was on 50mg per day, last dose 2 weeks ago)
Is any of the above a major cause for concern?
I don't think I'm physically addicted, as I've stopped for a week and didn't get anxious or have any seizures.
Please be careful with this guys, I hope whatever I'm experiencing is temporary. This paragraph took about 15 minutes to write.

- I started noticing odd symptoms maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago, memory related, and it's getting worse.
- I've found text message conversations with friends/family, and have no recollection of them.
- I've found emails I've sent while at work, and have no memory of sending them. It's almost difficult to believe that I wrote them.
- Sometimes I'll lose words in the middle of a sentence, or structure my sentences wrongly
- Sometimes i'll go to do something, like look up the meaning of a word, or change a track on spotify, or look up something on wikipedia, or get up in order to get something, then find that I've forgotten what it was I was looking up/looking for (3/4/5 times a day)
- Time seems to be moving faster, the days and weeks fly by
- I'm becoming increasingly reliant on Phone alerts/calendar alerts at home and work to remember what's happening when and where.
- Writing taking longer as I constantly reread thing's I've written, and forgotten what it is I'm writing about. Sometimes happens with talking.
