Ive noticed as ive progressed in lifting my flexibility has dropped. I can barely scratch my back some days or even wiping after lifting is a chore. What does everyone do to increase their flexibility? Yoga and whatnot looks pretty relaxing.

Yoga. I do it. Not a lot but enough to remain relatively flexible.

For the record putting on a lot of mass in the arms and lats makes scratching the back difficult no matter how flexible you are lol.

I notice this especially when im pumped. Stretching helps but when you get huge there are a ton of things you won't be able to do.

Guido has a point there with size you are going to have a lil bit of restriction of movement just because of the size( but only in certain situations in which the motion is limited). But yoga man its great relaxing as you said and its a great lil work out its self some times, core strength is a corner stone of yoga mate. I do an hr every day have been for a lot of years. The breathing exercises in yoga offer you a great boost as well when lifting. Generally speaking it is good fro a lot of things, strength, relaxation, flexibility, muscle control ( after years of doing it especially the breathing exercises you gain a bit of control over your abdominal muscles; you see a lot of yogis show this off with the weird stomach movements) and frankly its a great activity to do to meet women: flexible women ;)
Do a little bit of research there are different styles, and some stupid ass fad types that are ridiculous. A big key to the yoga is a solid teacher that under stands your personal goals with yoga.
