Flexeril and Tramadol

Yesterday night I took 10mg of flexeril to get some sleep. I took it at around 2am. Tonight I'm planning to take 187mg of Tramadol. I heard that these two drugs can cause higher chance for sezuires. Is it safe to take tramadol tonight at around 3-4am.

400 mgs and beyond may cause a greater risk to seizure. Mixing it with another substance is not smart even though 187 mgs is medium/high dose for some I wouldn't risk it. If you do it take the flex first then start with 100mgs of tram and then wait to see the effects. Then you will know if the remaining 87 will be too much.

If I'm not mistaken, flexiril is a muscle relaxant with trycilic anti depressant properties, so wouldn't combining the two raise the risk of SS? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, Their is an increased risk of Seratonin syndrome while mixing with it. I dont know how much of a risk with a low dose of flex, but Its not a good or safe idea regardless.

I'm not taking the flexeril tonight though. I took it last night. I'm wondering if 24 hours is a long enough time for them not to interact

Yeah you are fine assuming you dont take it regularly. The risk of SS and seizures is increased if you take them together but this again only if used together chronically or in high doses.
