Flashbacks from LSD

Anyone here ever experienced flashbacks from LSD? I been having some kinda episodes for a bout a year and a half mostly it happens before it gets dark its weird. Makes me really anxious too. I am generally more anxious now after i stopped using everything. I used to used LSD Heavily for about 3 years. Stopped after to many bad trips. I was just wondering if what i am experiencing could be flashbacks? I also used to use Valium on the regular some people told me it could be from that too. I no benzos really mess up your head bad, but doing acid and benzos ha now I'm not sure at all what i did to my brain. Not knowing what it is is driving me a bit nuts it has been for a while now. Wondering what everyone else thinks.

Good point Venrak. I wasn't thinking about that. During these episodes i feel completely withdrawn from everything. Like an out of body experience. I get very anxious and paranoid like something bad is going to happen. My thoughts race like crazy. (like im dieing) My vision gets blurry. ill get trails and everything gets wiggly or like things are breathing. also i get very shaky. My heart races. Most of the time it happens afternoon time before i gets dark. Sometimes it happens earlier in the day. but for the most part it worse at night.

Benzodiazapine withdrawl can be exceedingly prolonged in some people. "Acid Flashbacks" for the most part do not exist.

You should probably go see a Neurologist.
 
I've had several acid flashbacks in my life. They almost always happen when I re-experience something that happened on my most recent trip. They haven't been negative though. No anxiety. I just get that familiar brain churning feeling from LSD, usually some LSD visuals, and sometimes a hint of its metallic taste :)
 
I did see a neurologist they did a brain mri said nothing was wrong. They said my brain is probably chemical imbalanced from all the drugs ive done.
