is there any way to reduce the effects amphetamine has or has had on your face.

Im talking mostly about the cheekbone area.

supplements? vitamins?

I know taking less or no amp should help reduce the look, but even without it for months i still look like a holocaust victim, and im pretty thin regardless...

The thing is I used to be a fat kid a long time ago, and before I ever used amp I had lost 100 lbs and still maintained a somewhat rounded face (not fat) but it was a healthy nice face.

ever since amp my cheeks and jawbone look different.

eating more isnt a good answer. eating more of what. what do you do to fix this?

You do less amp, and then you eat more. It all balances out.

I've never seen any phethead that didn't look underweight.

I don't know much about diets or how to get muscle back... but foods full of protein perhaps? They might help build up some of that wasted away mass...

I'm gonna kick this over to healthy living, seems like they might know a bit more that could help you.

You need to eat more food. In other words, you need protein, carbs, and fat. Eat whatever you enjoy eating, and eat more of it. Vitamins will help

edit- just realized that you DID stop taking them, my b

Eat well (good mix of lean protein from beef, chicken, fish, green leafy vegetables , fruits, complex carbohydrates such as whole grains, brown rice, etc.)
Sleep well, drink water, try to exercise when you can. Get some fresh air.

You cannot get your old countenance back just like that. Your body needs a lot of time to detox and heal. Don't give up, and don't rush things. Just take it day by day, and try to do whats best for you on a daily basis.

I did this shit for years and loved every minute of it. Slimfast shakes keep you looking healthy. DO NOT pick at every litle blemish on your face. The less hand to face contact the better. And lastly wash your face more than usual. If drying starts use some beori hydrating cream.
This helped me look normal (except for devil eyes) even on my 15th day without sleep.

as far as i can tell, i would suggest drinking a lot of water, healthy eating habits, (including all the vitamine thing) and sleeping well.
also some body exercise.
i dunno, if you start greener habbits your body will reflect it , i guess

EDIT: also keep in mind that a good mental health is very important. you should try to be in a calm state of mind, in "peace". if you can improve your body habits and health and your mental health, that`ll do good

i think copious amounts of beer will put empty carbs in you and also balance out the amps in your brain ;) ;) <---- that is me winking :D

but seriously. you should eat...calories. Whatever tickles your fancy.

Botox...

That aside, simply force yourself to eat more.

Also, some people make weird faces while on amphetamines due to the jaw clenching, which is quite visible in someone who is thin.

Assuming that you do sleep, eat before you sleep to put on some weight. Of course, the weight you gain from this is not of the healthiest variety, but...

If you're going to keep doing speed, you'll never be hungry. Quitting speed is best, but if you insist, try out the liquid meal replacements. Out here, "Ensure Plus" is popular, but it's expensive. It will put weight on in a hurry though. 350 calories per bottle, and it's really good. Well, the "milk chocolate shake" flavor is. Only plus though. Regular ensure doesn't taste nearly as good for some reason.

This must be the bizarro health thread, where people complain about being skinny.

Anyways, my advice to you is to eat lots of junk food, since losing weight in the facial area happens to be one of the most unprogressive tasks in weight loss.

I'd love to see how you make you're brain look "normal" under a PET scan...

I think like everyone has said it is about balance. I am not a doctor but it sounds like you’re not getting enough vitamins and minerals in your diet, and taking vitamins won’t help. You need to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. For you I would recommend Juicing. This is the best and fastest way to get nutrition into your system fast. And because you are juicing the fruit and vegetable your body has a very easy time metabolizing and absorbing the nurturance. Just so you don’t get confused here is a like to show you what a juicer looks like http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_... Juicers&psid=NEXTAG01&sid=IDx20070921x00003j
People get a juicer confused with a blender all the time. There are a ton of recipes online you can use.
Me for example I juice 5 carrets,4 apples ,1 cup of white grapes, 3 celery stocks,1 beet,2 cups of spinach. This makes about 2 cups of juice. I have been juicing for about a year and have never felt better.
It would problie be a good idea to get some blood work done. This will tell you if you have a deficiency.

Flax seed oil, advocado, fish (especially 'oily' types), nuts - raw and unsalted. Macadamia nuts are quite fatty. Cashews are good. ect. ect.

...bump. I know, sorry.

You've never met me!
Haha, I have a little bit of a different story though.

I used to weigh ~450lbs two and a half years ago, and since then I've proudly lost a total of about 170LBS, to bring myself to 280. I actually got a tattoo that signifies my entire paradigm shift too that reads, "Now Living", down my right leg.

One day I woke up and realized that everything in my life that I disliked...well, I had the full ability to change it and I was going to do so. So, I kicked my ass and worked through it and drastically altered my eating/exercising, etc..

But, I'm still a big guy man! 6'4'' 280lbs, and I'm nowadays a phetty lover, haha. But I also smoke a lot of bud (oh the combination...so beautiful), and I manage to actually look QUITE healthy. Just when I go one my four day binges with no sleep....

ermm, I look a little odd :].

Doesn't meth fuck up your calcium intake and eat up your teeth and your bones? I think there's some serious bone loss associated with meth.

Stop using meth (if you want to use amps use prescription ones and not the toixc shit meth is), eat better, stay hydrated with water, take vitamins, get out in the sun, and exercise.

i guess 'amphetamine faces' is the effect of loss of fat from skin tissue.

normally lyposomes store fat inside the skin, and they can be dimished by amphetmine use.

I'n no doctor but probably thryroid inhibiting agents should tell the body to store more fat beneath the skin.

If you want some more concrete answers go talk with and endocrynologyst and check if ur metabolism and hormones balance is normal.
