First and foremost. We don't swim here. We all know its you, just adding the word "swim" doesn't protect you from anything whatsoever.
I know whenever my bubble would break most of the way off I would get rid of the excess glass that "was the bubble" get a torch lighter, light the end of it (where the bubble was) then once it turns hot orange, put your mouth on the COLD side. Then slowly blow. Its sort of like blowing a bubble with gum. Blow it slow so it doesn't just burst. But also not so slow that it just re-solidifies.
But if your hole is small enough, you may be able to heat the area up and blow super soft and maybe it will cover up the hole. But it really depends on if your have a thick pipe or a thin one. Cause the bubbles (on thin pipes, not so much on thick ones) can get deformed when you apply a good amount of heat. So if you do this, just pay very close attention not to break it further.
Also-- Don't forget, if you re-blow the whole bowl, you will need a toothpick or paperclip to make a hole at the top of the bowl. Wait until it starts re-hardening THEN make it. If you do it too early it can completely mess up the bowl/pipe.
