sleep at the same time every day


you will have insurmountable energy if you practice these simple disciplines

^+1 with the addition of some spiritual excersize as well(meditation, yoga, ect.). Just as important as physical excersize :)

+2 on this. We weren't made to need those things for a "kick". Diet and exercise and spiritual health take care of all of this.
