FitBit Surge

I've been bidding on these things on ebay for the last few days, trying to get a good deal.

My question is are the worth the money?

I read a few pages and the Surge seems to be the one to get, but maybe you guys have some insight that google doesn't.

I like my charge hr. No problems with it and the heart rate is accurate. I like that it syncs with My Fitness Pal. I know someone with the Surge and they like it too.

I purchased the FitBit Surge for my bf for $200 on amazon during Black Friday. He really wanted an apple watch so I got him the next best thing. Lmao. He use to have the HR one (I also think I saw it at costco) and that's the one that's really important to have. With the surge, you can see your text messages, so that's cool. Like if you're working out and get an alert on your phone, it's right there on your wrist so it comes in handy. Especially if I'm going to pick him up from the gym! Haha.

^I don't have a smart phone, but I am looking forward to the GPS tracking so I can accurately see how far I go on my bike rides through the country.

The fitbit HR does tell you how far you traveled, miles, etc. The Surge just has the GPS tracking which would be cool for you to have.

Edit: Maybe you should wait for the FitBit BLAZE.
