Hi Guys,

I have starting taking Clen this week, I have the Claire gel.

I started on Sunday at 67.8kgs and 28.2 body fat and as of today I am 67.8kgs and 26.3%.

I have been dosing it like this:
Sunday: 40mgs
Monday:40mgs
Tuesday: 40mgs
Wednesday:60mgs
Thursday: 80mgs

My diet consists of this:
- High fibre cereal
- Steamed fish and vegetables
- Tuna and salad
- I snack on fruit: grapes, strawberries, apples

I exercise daily, 30 minutes of cardio and light weights.

I don't know whether my expectations are to great, but I thought the weight would be melting off. Any suggestions?

Are you taking measurements as well? I've been told this is a good way to measure weight lose.

You may find you are gaining muscle but losing fat which is what I would gather the 1.9% drop in body fat says, this is a change of 1.28kgs. Granted I have no knowledge of Clen and how it works.

On another note if you don't get any good responses here you might find the Healthy Living or even Steroid Discussion forums might have some people with some experience that could help.

Best of luck with it. I wish I had the determination to lose some weight.

Hi there,

I'm going to shoot this over to steroid discussion as I think you will get a better response there.

Lil angel :)

I think you mean mcg. 80mgs would kill you. Please tell me you dont expect results in less than a week. Do me a favor dont get on a scale for a month. You will learn it will drive you crazy. The mirror is the only thing that mattersI have lots of prior exp with clen and roids. I went from 18% to 6 % in 10 weeks. Diet looks good but dont eat carbs at night. I love clen Im getting them and sus 250 soon. Stay positive. BTW what brand you got i assume they are 20,s

I am in Australia so I have the Claire gel.

I will stick with it but I am just stumped as before I started taking Clen I set myself a goal of losing weight consistently for 10 weeks and the weight was coming off quicker without the clen :|

How long you been losing- sounds like your body is just starting to restore balance and wants to keep hold of some fat. Although losing 2% bf in a week is a pretty good effort- I'd be really pleased if I lost 1% in a couple of weeks (I guess I am down to single digits though...)

I'd be dropping the fruit and replacing with higher protein snacks. I'd be worried that the fruit sugars would be spiking insulin too much. I'd also be eating more meals than that and using an EFA supplement (which always seems to help me lose a bit of fat)
