when my friend got salvia, i thought that he made too much fuss about it. he seemed overly excited. he begged me to try it and eventually i did. its far better than i thought.
my first trip was somewhat what i thought shrooms would do to you: you know, the room started spining, and i started halusinating. i was so amused after because i never took anything like this, and i didnt realize that you forget about relity, at least thats what happened to me. i thought that the loveseat i was on was a fuc*in boat and the floor was the water. for no reason i started screaming and cursing at my friends dog.

the second time was much much wieder. it didnt seem vague, like a dream, or like i had an out of body experinece. i feel very dumb even thinking of what happend but here goes. i took a single pull, and started feeling it by the time i had exhaled, i had dropped the pipe i was holding (it didnt break, thank god). i layed back and started lookign at the tv, it was commedy central and there was a commic performing. all the sudden, i felt as if all reality was compressed into a thick "mat", about 4 inches thick. i looked at my friend and he seemed like he was frozen but at the same time i could understand that he was trying to talk to me. i layed back because i tought that reality was a mat and that i was a part of it and that the reason that it stopped was because i had stood out of it (like, imagine material and i am cut out of it and its supoed to be flat for time to continue but i stood out of it. thats why time seemed frozen and thats why i layed down). after i lay for about a minite, everything dissapeared and i felt just that slight disscomfort.

also, is it ok to find that your clothes are very itchy and uncomfortable a few minites after the trip?

in my opinion, Salvia is very unique, and thus is worthy of trying if your just fascinated with altered states of consiousness (not for the plesure seaker or partier, thats for sure!).

...but after you feel the bizarre effects of it a a few times, theres really no reason to do it again. while it's intensity is rivaled by few drugs, it's pretty uncomfortable and seems to lack the benefit (or fun) of more traditional psychedelics.

have fun!
