For someones first trip

for someone who wants to use it to have an insightful positive experience and integrate what they learn and use it to better themselves

does it matter if its done alone?

like say someone is struggling in a particular area and needs help in this area and wants to use it for this...

I know the type of company you have can effect the trip most definitely, esp those you tolerant, and really dont share core common values with, but still like them and can get along -just not someone you want to be more like, and not the best influences for your purpose of the trip

is it better to just do it with someone with experience for a first time?

or to find someone who can help you like a psychologist; psychiatrist; however these are difficult to find, esp ones who are open to patient psychedelic use

best best thing pick the best person you think can help you the most out of everyone you know? (the more empathetic kind of person)

so theres all these questions and im sure ill get different answers based on different experiences, thought about I'm open to hear them though and thoughts

Taking it alone means less distractions from what's going on. In order to have an optimal therapeutic experience, you would have to have someone who's studied psychedelic therapy specifically. Or, you can take it upon yourself to study psychedelic therapy, and write out a plan for yourself before the trip. I would recommend also taking a free online psychology course, to introduce yourself, and to understand the reasons behind everything you're learning.

Obviously do the basics. Trip in a safe place you won't be disturbed, in fact won't ever fear the remotest possibility of being disturbed. Where nothing tomorrow or the day after is a stress. On a day you feel most open and positive.

Have someone with you who will just be a passive sitter if you want to remain introspective - someone who in everyday life you can sit silently with and not feel uncomfortable - but also who you feel trust in talking things through if you feel like talking.

I doubt for a first trip you would want to go seriously psychoanalytical. An attentive person to bounce your thoughts on is much more likely. For a first trip a toe in the water of the psychedelic experience might be a better aim.

^ Perfect. I believe that covers all of what you should need to care about.
