First time Xanax?

Someone gave my friend a Xanax capsule and he took it. though I don't think they make xanex in capsules. It was a cream capsule with white powder inside. Any ideas what it could've been?
 
Not sure off hand, but you can check an online pill id site, eg rxlist.com.
