I'm getting a opana 20 tonight and i have never done one before. I have snorted oc's and roxy's. Is 3-5 mg a good dose to start out with? how is the high compared to roxys or oc's?

You will LOVE IT. If you have a small tolerance yes start out snorting 5mg and wait 20 mins before doing another 5 if you don't feel it. If you have a medium tolerance do 10mg and a heavy tolerance do the whole 20. I would say IME that 20mg oxymorphone is about the same as 80mg snorted Oxycodone.

Oxymorphone is good for your health. Better than exercise, a healthy diet or a good nights rest.

yeah man, a buddy of mine had given me an Opana or two before, and knowing how strong it is suppose to be, I was snawtin tiny, tiny bumps and didn't really feel much of anything except for sleepy so I wrote it off, then a month or so later I get another one from him this time an er 20, the dude shaves off like half of the pill for me and says "there, snort that" I was like all that at once? I dunno dude, and thought about it for a sec and was like eh what the hell and railed that shit, in about 10 minutes I was more euphoric than I think I had ever been on opiates, only thing I could compare it too was high dose mdma euphoria wise anyways.. either way the point is Oxymorphone I LIKES!!!
