Look at it this way, the lethal dose for ketamine exceeds the full anesthetic dose. You'd have to have a method of adminsering K to you once you have been knocked out in order to OD...
The number of "bumps" in a vial of K isn't possible to tell because of the bumps can be varying fucking amounts by thier nature, a better way to look at it is you get about 1-1.3 grams to a vial, that can be 1 bump, 25, 50 etc etc...
I'm going to go out on a fucking limb here and assume you don't have a mg scale to measure your doses, so stick to key bumps. Stick the small end of the key in the bag dig in there and snort what's on it, 1 or 2 initally to begin and feel your way into from there, perhaps a more practical answer...
And a vial is much more than you need for you first time, I mean buy one if you want, but it will last you awhile...
