First time Vicodin use, dosage?

Just as the title says. I've done painkillers before, but I've heard that most opiates are different and the doses don't always match up. Just want to be safe, especially in the realm of opiates. Getting 5 pills, all are 5mg-300mg.

10-15 mg should give you a nice high if you've never used stronger opiates and are new to hydrocodon. Then you can take 1 more every 3-6 hours just be sure to never take to much Tylenol. I wouldn't take 4 of those at once you won't die but you'll feel too much Tylenol but I was going to say if you weigh more you need to get some.10/325 hyrdos and try taking two those and you should feel it.
oh and be sure to eat a meal before you pop.

I'm pretty light, roughly 135 lbs on a good day.

Would a cold water extraction be worth my time for just 5 pills? Or should I just take them?

I don't think CWE is worth it. Some will disagree, but as long as you don't do it often your liver will be fine. Eat a few crackers before to help with nausea. Recomended dose would be 10-20mg. Always start on the low side. If you don't feel anything pop anouther one. Dont go above 30mg.

My first time taking hydros was a 10-20mg dose. No liquor or weed involved and it was a blast. Like Jeremy and EPiper said, make sure you have something in your stomach and start with a low dose if not you're prolly gonna end up throwing up and hating the whole experience

5-10mg orally. You can smoke herb on them if you want to; but save it for another time you use the vicodin since you might not like an opiate high. Be safe.

Just popped two pills after a light-medium dinner. Have antihistamines for potency and to take care of the damn itching. If all is going well, I plan on redosing with another 5mg in 3-4 hours.
