I've been interested in trying coke for a while now, anything that promises a mild high and an increase in libido always makes me interested. Thing is, I would most likely be buying from someone who I don't know, and worry severely about it being cut to hell and back with something like fentanyl. Test strips are not cheap where I'm from and very hard to get.
The issue arises with the fact that I could try and do it by myself (I could die for all I know) or do it with my partner present in case I have a bad reaction or it is cut with something that would send me to hospital. I trust myself more with managing my habits but I'm terrified of him getting magically hooked on half a gram (I doubt just watching me is an option). As much as I would love to experience it with him I think it's not worth it to expose him to something so uncertain and certainly more addictive. The logical answer is don't do it if you've never done it, but what are some signs to lok out for, physically? Or in the drug itself? How do you know you're not getting shitty coke?

Man, I'll just add another chime to "don't do it." Not only one of you is going to try it but your partner, makes two of you. Of all the drugs I've tried, starting at age 18 and I'm now 60, coke is the one I still crave. After all these decades. There's something about that particular drug, the urge to do it stays with you forever, it seems. And it stays strong. In today's drug environment, with fentanyl all over the place, I'd say have him with you. Doubt anyone's getting hooked after that small amount. Question is: how much next time? You know there will be a next time :)

Good luck, stay safe and good health to you!

Edit: Side effects of getting hooked or ODing? Getting hooked: weight loss. Obsessed with getting more. Don't sleep anymore. Fidgeting with the hands and feet. Wishful sniffling. Touching, fiddling with nose. These are addiction signs. Signs of ODing? Couldn't tell you. No doubt someone will chime in on that.

You don't really know until you've experienced it.

Do you or your friend have a history of addiction?

Not addicted to anything myself (using various drugs -including coke and cocaïne base-sometimes since my teens and am now 48), but obviously you won't get addicted to drugs you haven't
taken.

Here in The Netherlands coke should be only rarely be cut with dangerous other substances and there's some debate over if fentanyl is here and if it is whether it is present in a significant manner.

I bet where you are you're not as lucky as we.

If you are going to try coke, test it or don't bother.

I've heard about it being particularly nasty with cravings, and also have heard of some people get absolutely wrecked on it. Didn't know it really was that bad.

This kinda scared me straight LOL 😭 thank u for ur wisdom man!!

You could say so although not drug related addictions, which is why I was hesitant to even try weed with him. Addiction tends to morph and change a lot, so you barely notice it's there at all. Hopping from addictive behavior A to B to C so you think there's no problem at all is the main culprit imo

Ding ding ding you're right there, you'd prob laugh your ass off at the quality of drugs overall here. Seeing such low prices really made me question the purity.

You don't really know unless you test it (or have it tested). Enormous amounts of coke have entered western Europe, making the price relatively lower and the purity much higher than -say- thirty years ago.

If you lived here, and didn't have second thoughts I would recommend you buy it here (Amsterdam area, The Netherlands) (South America would of course be even better) and have it tested.

Agreed, I still have cocaine cravings admittedly I stopped in August so not long but even some of the addicts I used to roll with say it's shit and I am better off not doing it, and they still do it

Cocaine is one of my most rarely used drugs but one that I think about the most aside from opiates/heroin. That should tell you something!
And ive tried many, many, many substances. Tread with caution!

Anything that I say here is strictly factual and comes from personal experience. The reality is that I have never met anyone besides myself who has struggled with addiction like me. That is just a fact and it would take days to explain why I said that. At the same time maybe i can help someone else…

Late reply but does being near the countries producing the coke really make it safer/purer? I'm quite certain anything illegal will get cut heavily, because of all the people involved in the dealing process and general capitalist greed : P

Coke is like the "its ok for people to do sometimes" hard drug.(This is the American opinion anyway) I highly doubt you need to worry if your snorting I know law agencies reported coke being cut with fent, i think their idiots or are lying about that. It would not make sense for anyone to do that so maybe test it for fent first just to be safe.

Cokes really easy to walk away from and its kind of like high school reunion drug. Everyone I knew high school like does coke now in public its funny.

There should be fewer links in the chain there.
