First time trying meth analy

What's the best way to boof or plug meth and maximize the high. I just need someone to tell me how to do it how much water or meth to use and how to do it properly without wasting any meth. Please help

If you need to ask this then you clearly don’t have enough brain cells left and shouldn’t be asking lol. Sorry, harsh but true if you can’t dissolve powder in water or use google
