Opioids First time trying Dilaudid plug dilaudid

So long story short I've been snorting 2-4 8mg dillies for a little now and am just not getting high at all anymore so yesterday I tried plugging one. I crushed up the pill and dissolved it in 2 ml of saline water then drew it back up and did it then I layed on my right side for 15 minutes and barley felt anything do I do anything wrong or is there a better way?
