Opioids first time taking lortab?

ok, i was putting away my meds in the cabinet and found some 10/500 lortab,not rx'd to me, though i do have chronic back pain and narcotics are the only thing that helps, ive never taken lortab, ihave taken vicodin,norco,percocetand oxycodone over the last couple years...how would lortab compare to any of those meds? im thinking its just a tad bit weaker than5/500 vicodin, am i wrong|?

Well since its a 10mg pill, and the 5 mg vicodin has 5mg of hydrocodone, 10/5=2. So twice as strong. Gotta brush up on those elementary algebra skills.

Vicodin, lortab and norco all contain hydrocodone (the opioid analgesic) with APAP (tylenol).

If what you have is 10-500 as Pepper MD above me said, its twice as strong as standard (5-500) vicodin.
