Id say 2-4 hours depending on your body. Lots of things impact this answer.. Tolerance, food.
One important thing is go into it with a good mind, your being smart only taking the half, the other half is always waiting for you if you choose.
EDIT: some fun things to do/tips:
juice... Gatorade is the absolute best in my opinion.. reasoning for this is dancing and rolling WILL dehydrate you but drinking too much water can be bad.. Gatorade will replenish elecs too so youll feel good and ready to dance.
If your going to the clubs there are limited things you can do specifically for rolling. Something to try later is blindfolding yourself putting on some nice dome headphones and listening to your favorite music. You will litterally feel the music its awesome.
If your with a significant other give each other messages this feels amazing.
TALK to people. Its going to make you enjoy talking to people so much so dont be shy just get out there dance have some fun.
Take breaks.. you may not want to but taking a break every so often will keep you from feeling anxious/jittery/overheated
