Heroin First Time Shooting - Where Do I Get A Needle?

No offense intended, but I hope you get cotton fever the first time you shoot up and it sucks for u so much you never shoot again. I mostly always snort and am not a novice dope user by any means.

31 gauge. 1 CC. Short tip. Any pharmacy. Bring ID. Also say INSULIN syringes. It's just a psychological thing makes it look like you need it for insulin ya know? It's under 4 bucks for a bag of 10 BD (the most common) and some pharmacys charge a dollar each for mono. brand ons. Which are the best. Mad smooth. You got to go to the counter where the prescription are dropped and picked up at.

Bingo-- you need to go in not looking like a junkie obviously, and ask for insulin syringes while being as specific as possible. I personally used to take it one step further and say 0.5 inch or however long I want the needle tip. Once I started doing this, I never had a problem with getting syringes.

"Hi, can I pick up some 31 gauge 1 cc 0.5 inch insulin syringes, please?"

I used to use the "my dog has diabetes" line but that didn't always work, in fact thinking about that now it seems quite suspicious coming from some teenager. One time the pharmacist asked me what insulin I gave my dog and I had read that I needed to say "Humalog," so I said that and he eyed me for a minute before telling me to fuck off, hah.

First I completely agree with tommyboy, always have someone with you. When you inject something there's not way to take it back, and sometimes it's more than you thought it was. Also I think someone said there's a place on this website with instructions, definitely read that. I'm a recovering heroin addict and I wouldn't want to wish it on anyone, but if you're going to do it at least be safe. I don't know where you live but I live in the south and getting needles here can be difficult. There are no needle exchange programs and diabetics are given a card that they show pharmacies so they can be allowed to buy them. I think that it causes more problems by leading to needle sharing but I'll keep my ideals to myself. If it truely is your first time you should start by using the smallest amount possible. There's no way to know what you can handle, which is what makes injecting so dangerous. Also if it's heroin you probably already know that one bag could be strong while the other one is mostly cut. I quit when my ex left town because I didn't have anyone to watch me and I can't stress how important that is, my ex would have died one time had I not been there. So start off small, filter, filter, filter, and watch out for blood clots. Once you get any blood in the mixture it will start clotting soon, once you see tiny little clots; yet again filter, filter, filter. It might also be helpful to do a little research in case someone asks you, you need to know how to reply to certain questions. Like what type diabetes you have, what kind of insulin you use, etc..

I think everyone has gotten their opinions and advice in here. Personally, I cannot stress enough that you rethink your decision to use needles. I could keep this thread open and you'd see the tales of misery trickle in to dissuade you, but I'm just going to close this because we all know the score: Needles are bad, they cause more misery than any other ROA, they will steal your life from you if, or more likely when, you inevitably let your guard down...End of, really. Closed.
