First time roller, want to know what to not do.

ok so i jus had my first roll 2 wkends ago and it was the best high i've ever had. But i know there is so much more to get out of it. Im not a fan of doing what i consider drugs such as, crack coke, meth or heroin. i know that some pills have them in them thats kool but i will never do them individually. just my stand point. so i want to know what should i not do to kill my roll or what i need to do to get the best high.

my X-perience: was at my 1st rave and i was stubborn not to pop a pill. it wasnt until about an hr into it my friend convinced my to try one. lol bad idea cuz now i love it. i took 1 green super man and then a blue dolphin bout and hr later. *sigh* it didnt hit me really till that second pill and i wish i could relive the exprience. i saw light trails everytime i turned my head and i had one girl rub me down, the touch was amazing, almost like i was having an orgasm. i felt the highs and lows of it and was rolling for almost the whole nxt day. it was jus great. didnt really feel the jaw clenching or the eye twitching i hear so much about so i guess thats good. but i was dehydrated horribly i wasnt drinkin that much water, no one told me what to do so i jus did wat i thought was best.

so please help cuz i wanna feel that exprience again without having to spend as much as i did for the first roll.

well.....to be honest..i remmber seeingt a girl sitting on a couch and she was pretty much shaking.....i went over to here and i asked her wat was she on and was she ok. she had a triple stack and she was fine she told me she had jus orgasmed right there jus by this other girl rubbing her head. now thats wat im looking for. and yes i wanna roll again. and i wanna roll hard. any suggestions....im frm dallas tx btw
 
lol buttplug it, you roll SO MUCH harder, make sure u use vaseline and a latex glove or ceran wrap though, plus, vitamin c like fruit makes u roll hard. take a shower, and when u get out, (hopefully u peak) thats the high i think your wanting. to get to the point where i almost cum when i piss, i buttplug 1 and take 1 at the same time :)
 
since this board is about harm reduction i would recommend:
research, dont roll too often, get a test kit, take supplements

if your interested in increasing the high, theres different methods like drinking grapefruit juice or taking 5-htp or w/e

Just to give you hope...I have a friend that rolled on low strength pills twice that he didn't test, so he had an "okay" time but that was about it. His third roll was with me, with some tested known good pills. He said that this time was about 3 times as good as the first two. It is AMAZING what a difference quality in the pills or powder does for a roll. So if you follow the above advice and approach this with knowledge and caution, your next roll could be quite possibly the most amazing experience of your life.

I'm so sorry to sidetrack this for a moment but AAH! This is how you plug it?! That is so, so bad for the mucus membranes in your bum :| Although it would be considerably more difficult in a club setting, you should dissolve the pill in water and use a syringe. Putting a dyed pill full of binders straight into your butt so it can scratch up your rectum is much worse for your body than just swallowing it, and there is not enough natural lubrication in there to break the pill down in any small amount of time anyway. While I don't doubt you've gotten super high off of it (others do, too), it's just not a good idea.

Back on topic, the strength of the high you get depends on the quality of the pill. Check out pillreports.com to search for pills in your area and try to find the quality ones, or at least check out the ones you get! Be aware, however, that there *is* a limit to how high you can get, and you won't necessarily feel exactly how that girl you saw did. Try not to eat for 4 hours or so before dropping, be around people you love, drink as much water as you normally would given the situation (there's nothing in e that dehydrates your body aside from raising your body temp, it's the dancing and the endless-energy-feeling that does that. Drink as much as would normally be appropriate for the situation, though it's rare it IS possible to drink too much if you get paranoid about water!). Enjoy!!! :)
 
Make sure you actually have good rolls. You know, the ones with MDMA actually in the pill. The majority of people seem to just take an "E" pill just cus its a pill and they wanna get fucked up. You say you're from Dallas, so you shouldn't have a hard time finding some pretty good pills.

kinda off topic, but does plugging burn? My friend who did it said that it did.
