Make sure to take only the recommended dose and don't re-dose your first time until you see how it affects you. I'm still having panic attacks that started when I took MDMA, there about my ankle and knee injury but a lot of other things will set me off but that's just what sends me into a panic attack. Just the pain and powerless feeling it has and worrying it will never get better. I never had a panic attack before I took MDMA, and ever since I took it (re-dosed over 2-3 days, around May), I've been hypersensitive to almost all drugs. Benzo's, alcohol, weed, adderall, basically anything I take I risk going into that panic mode, and they aren't just 1-2 hour long panic attacks, they last the entire day and go on for days and up to 2 weeks. The sad thing is I can't control it, it's like being thrown into a washer and tossed around until the cycle ends, no matter what I think or do or think how ridiculous it is, nothing helps. It might of been because I took it while I was already stressed out and confused about life, before I was a pretty good athlete, humble, and friendly to everyone. I smoked weed a lot when I wasn't playing sports or around people who didn't smoke, like 3-4+ times a day for months at a time. When I got my injury like 2 months later I got these repetitive thoughts that I could never get out of my head, and I think it was because of my OCD or something, and smoking so much while I was that young (end of 7th grade - start of 10th grade) just screwed my brain up. So every since the middle of my 9th grade year when I injured my ankle and to now, I've turned into an antisocial and anxious person. It really sucks because nothing can help, I've tried 6-7 different medications (Benzo's, adderal, anti-depressents, etc) and nothing helps. Anti-depressents helped with the panic attacks from the MDMA, but I've been off that for about 2-3 months now because it started to not work. It's mostly when I try some kind of drug, I'll be prone to panic attack for a long time after I've taken them. MDMA is a dangerous drug if you take to much, only take 1 dose and don't dose to largely until you see how it affects you.
