Hi! I've been reading posts here for about a year, I love this community and have used it to read up on everything from natural anxiety med substitutes like lemon balm to harmful interactions. I like that the forums here take the doctor speak out of drug use and replace it with genuine human experience. I'm interested in insomnia relief and stress reduction more than anything else and look forward to reading helpful tips and sharing my own experiences.
