Hello everyone
I've been reading these forums for harm reduction and random knowledge for around ten years. Its kind of creepy, but I've actually followed CaptainHeroin and Phrozen for a long time. Haha I've pretty much done everything there is, but within the past year i starting messing with dope. Everyone knows where that story goes, and I am not addicted to the drug really, but I crave it so bad.

I want to know if there is anything to reduce cravings.I've tried suboxone, it doesn't make me not crave it. I just blow my money because it the dope doesn't do anything because of the suboxone. I pay my bills, and I make sure i do not do it more than three days in a row. But somedays i crave it so badly, and I want to know if theres anything that really helps that besides benzos?

I really don't want to trade addictions at all, which is another reason I don't want to take suboxone. I work out every other day and go to school and work full time. I just want to know if theres anything that helps substantially without being too addictive?

Hello and yes im like your internet stalker. You've posted alot of good advice and usually whenever anything had to deal with opes, i looked for your name somewhere for your opinion. lol and i haven't tried extracts, but i do smoke on occasion. It does help, but I can't afford it all of the time. Are there any supplements that help? I should add that i am diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, which plays a major role in my cravings as i work myself into a panic at times. So taking care of that might help tremendously, but my doctor WILL NOT prescribe me the good anxiety meds. Valium, xanax, etc. I dont know why, they have no idea i do drugs at all. I make sure not to let them know. I even cleaned up for my physical in case they tested my piss lol

I know there isn't a cure all for it, as a users mind will always crave it. But the cravings work me into a panic and cause me to do dumb things just to score. Xanax or Klonopin really help alot with that, and i am continuously going to the doctor to try and get the right stuff. They insist i need anti-depressants, which i've tried and all of them turned me into an emotionless drone. I didn't like that, because im usually a giddy happy guy. So i stopped taking all of those. And besides, taking them i couldn't do molly whenever i please so that was another plus of stopping lol I would never put my drug use before my health, so thats not the reason i did stop. I just was kind of looking to see if anyone has tried different herbs or supplements that have helped with cravings especially when combining it with exercise and a good diet.

The only drug i ever crave is dope. Obviously coke if i've done it that day, but i can easily stop doing that. The cravings for dope appear randomly even after awhile off i'll get random bad cravings.

Yeah I think that would be my best option. Thanks for the advice :)

antihistamines are weird for me though, like there is a perfect dose. if i do anymore i get incredibly restless legs and just feel super uncomfortable and twitchy lol It does help me to sleep with like a dose around 25-50mg with a small dose of melatonin if i am able to sleep

Welcome to Bluelight:)

Have you talked to counslers or psychologists yet to get to the root cause of your drug use? If your not yet physically addicted I recommend talking to somebody to find out why you feel this urge to use before you end up physically addicted. I don't think Suboxone is for you because it gets you more addicted to opiates and if you don't already have a physical addiction to opiates you sure will after a few weeks of Suboxone. Suboxone doesn't stop cravings too much but it will stop physical symptoms of withdrawal making it a godsend for people who are physically addicted to opiates and are don't with the hustle involved with getting high. I was addicted to heroin for almost a decade and it was the worst lifestyle I have ever led by far.
If you do end up physically addicted and counsling doesn't work if you smoke cannabis with the Suboxone it works wonders.

Good luck with whatever you choose to do.
